We are looking for a dedicated account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
The GAM role is a combination (but not equal parts) of 2 essential functions:
- Account Acquisition
- Account Service and Support (after-sale)

GreenPowerHub operates one of the leading renewable energy trading networks in Europe, with a wide range of renewable energy products and services facilitating green energy transition towards 100% renewable energy sourcing.
Over the past three years, the company has built a digital platform that runs 24/7 providing fast execution, cost efficiency and full price transparency. It is used actively by over 400 members globally from more than 40 countries, among which the names span some of the world’s leading energy and utility companies and sustainability-focused multinational corporations.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the entire user journey for global Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise sales, communicating GreenPowerHub’s product value towards potential clients
- Own the end-to-end sales & customer journey, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations to the final stage of bringing new clients onboard and becoming engaged using GreenPowerHub solution
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to customer concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of contract updates and renewals to ensure KPIs are met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business/economics or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial drive and internal motivation to over-achieve targets/quotas
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, one additional European language is a plus
- Pragmatic and results-driven, with proven problem-solving skills and clear independent initiative
- Experience in sales, trading, CSR/NetZero/ESG/sustainability, or a similarly related field is preferred
- Dynamic and positive management & relationship building
- Willingness to travel
